License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Content Kiosk (“Licensor”) and the user or purchaser of the video content (“Licensee”). By accessing, downloading, or using the video content from itskiosk.com, Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the video content (“Content”) for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, websites, advertisements, and presentations, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Prohibited Uses

Licensee may not:

– Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Content to any third party.

– Use the Content for any immoral, illegal, or defamatory purposes.

– Use the Content in a way that infringes upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

– Modify the Content in a way that alters its integrity or intended message without prior written consent from the Licensor.

3. Ownership

Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

4. Duration of License

The License is granted in perpetuity, provided that the Licensee complies with all terms of this Agreement. In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the License may be terminated by the Licensor.

5. Termination

Licensor may terminate this License at any time if Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Content and delete or destroy any copies of the Content in its possession.

6. Liability

Licensor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Content, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Licensor operates. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.

By downloading or using the Content, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
